How do I color and my FireAlpaca brushes settings

Just after uploading this I realized that the title 'Coloring Tips' isn't really... tips on how to color.... so yeah the title of the deviation is more accurate.

Q. On what opacity do you use your brushes to paint/blend colors?
A. I usually use the watercolor brushes around 10-40% opacity. Otherwise, the colors becomes either too weak or too strong. For the water brush, I recommend 10% opacity, and for the paint brush, I recommend going 100% because it's not meant for blending anyways.

Q. How to set the brush opacity?

Q. What if I don't want to color at the same layer? What if I want to do the shading / highlights at a different layer? How to blend at different layer?
